What if I've lost the CD included in my starter kit?
You can download it from the manufacturer's website. Or call your nearest Telstra shop to have a
new CD sent out to you.
What if I've lost my USB cable?
You can buy a new one from the manufacturer or most Telstra Shops and Dealers.
How fast is the connection?
You can access the internet at broadband speeds with typical speeds from 550kbps to 1.5Mbps*.
